Ladies and gentlemen,

We would like to inform you that in the interest of common safety and health, given the current activities in Poland, related to the fight against the SARS-COV-2 coronavirus, the operation of the ticket office and concert activities of the Toruń Symphony Orchestra has been suspended until further notice.

Due to the current situation, we have made the following changes to the schedule of our events:

03.04.2020 r. - VIVA ITALIA! PAGANINI / ROSSINI / MENDELSSOHN - concert cancelled
Robert Łaguniak (soloist of the cancelled event) will perform on 02.10.2020 during the concert on the occasion of the International Music Day;

17.04.2020 r. - SAX, FILM AND BEETHOVEN - concert cancelled
Symphony No. 7 in A major Op. 92 by Ludwig van Beethoven (second part of the cancelled concert), the Toruń Symphony Orchestra will perform on 02.10.2020 during the concert on the occasion of the International Music Day;

19.04.2020 r. - Time for us - concert for children - concerts are cancelled

28.04.2020 r. - Music therapy for seniors - event cancelled

26.04.2020 r. - ADAM SZTABA SYMFONICALLY - the concert is postponed to 16.10.2020 at 7 pm

08.05.2020 r. - YOUNG ARTISTS' EVENING -  the concert is postponed to 25.10.2020, at 5 om and will take place in the Concert Hall of the Music School

17.05.2020 r. - Time for us - concert for children - concerts cancelled

7.05.2020 r. - You are the heartbeat - MOTHER'S DAY CONCERT - concert cancelled
We are looking for an opportunity to organize this concert on a new date

19.05.2020 r. - Music therapy for Seniors - event cancelled

31.05.2020 r. - MAGIC WORLD OF FAIRY TALES - concert cancelled. We are looking for a possibility to organize this  concert on a new date

In response to your inquiries and suggestions, we have introduced a solution that allows you to exchange tickets purchased for cancelled/postponed events for especially prepared Vouchers with the value of the purchased ticket, which can be used within a year from the date of the cancellation/postponement of the concert. The offer allows you to exchange the tickets purchased at the box office. You will be able to exchange your tickets at the CKK Jordanki box office. We will inform you about the date of its reopening through our website and social media. Please follow the announcements.

Details of the special voucher offer and regulations will be published on our website soon.

• In case of the concert postponement, the tickets remain valid - the rows and seats will not change.

• If you are unable to attend the concert at the new date, you can return the ticket. In case of returning a ticket purchased online, please send an e-mail to kasa@tos.art.pl. Returns will be made by the same way as the payment was made, whether by bank transfer, BLIK or card.
• Tickets purchased in the ticket office, both for cancelled and postponed concerts, can only be returned at CKK Jordanki box office. We will inform you soon about the date of reopening the box office.
• Cancelled concert tickets purchased online will be refunded successively, automatically, for all customers. Returns will be made via the same way as the payment was made, whether by bank transfer, BLIK or card.
  Due to the fact that we currently receive a very large number of e-mails, it may take us a little more time than usual to respond.
• Vouchers purchased in the 2019/2020 season are valid until the end of the 2020/2021 season. Those who have already exchanged their voucher for a ticket for the cancelled event will be able to exchange it for the selected concert in the current season or in the 2020/2021 season.
