Throughout the year we invite students of Toruń colleges to take part in apprenticeship at our institution. We guarantee that the trainees gain practical knowledge about organization and service of concerts as well as practical substantive knowledge about the activities of cultural institutions.

Profile:
- students of: Polish, English, German, cultural studies, practical linguistics and copywriting, applied linguistics, foreign languages in business
- good communication skills in English (additional skills in German)
- ability to manage a website, (also after training)
- communicativeness and ease of establishing contacts
- willingness to work weekends
- very good command of Polish in writing
- basic computer skills (word processing, databases),
- meticulousness and accuracy in carrying out assigned tasks,
- ability to work in a team

Tasks:
- editing and proofreading texts for the website and social networks
- distribution and promotion of TOS promotional materials
- writing articles for the media about current TOS activities,
- getting to know the organisation, structure and tasks of the TOS Concerts Organisation Department
- creation of databases of potential clients - participation in planning and coordination of the work of the TOS artistic team
- participation in the work of the concert office during projects organized by TOS 
- gaining practical knowledge about the organization and operation of concerts
- acquiring practical substantive knowledge about the activities of cultural institutions at weekends (Saturdays)
