Anna Radomska Gardyjas
She started her musical education at the age of six years at the School of Music, Lublin, under K. Lipinski in class, and then with Professors Teresa and Oskar Staniak Ruppel.
She continued her studies at the Academy of Music in Wroclaw with Professor.S. Czermak, and then the F. Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw with Professor M. M. Rezlan Slubicka, there obtaining her BA in Art and Music.
While still being a student she has participated in several professional development courses and performances with outstanding European teachers (Z. Bron, O. Krysa, T. Wronski, Z: Zienkowski).
She has also performed regularly on stages in major music festivals in Poland and in the rest of Europe (Olsztyn, Torun, Bydgoszcz, Bayreuth, Zurich, Schruns, San Sebastián, Peralada. Rentería, Toledo, Capbreton, and so on).
Anna played for the early music group of the Warsaw Chamber Opera, and since 1989 has been second solo violin in the Orquesta Sinfónica de Navarra, Pamplona, where she now lives.
In addition to symphonic music, she has played much chamber music as a member of various ensembles (Pamplona Classic Quintet, Tafelmusic, Reyno de Navarra Chamber Orchestra, Europe Musicalae Opera Orchestra), as well as conducting music in Pamplona Cathedral.
With these groups she has toured Europe and has recently been presented at major concert halls in China. She has made many recordings for RTE 2, TVP 3 Poland, and cooperated with leading Spanish composers.
Anna Radomska also works to revive and rediscover forgotten works of Basque and Navarre composers, and actively collaborates with the most important centres of musical education in Navarra.
